Introduction
Mr. Wong is a certified general appraiser with Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a real estate appraisal firm that engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. Since beginning his career in real estate in 2001, Mr. Wong has been writing narrative appraisal reports for a wide variety of properties, including office, retail, industrial, apartments, subdivisions, land and special-purpose properties. He has also been involved in appraisals for bond underwriting purposes relating to the formation of new Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) and Assessment Districts (ADs). His geographic experience has been predominantly within the Sacramento Metropolitan Area, but includes areas extending to Redding to the north, Fresno to the south, Reno to the east and the San Francisco Bay Area to the west.
