
Mr. Parilo is a research analyst (appraiser trainee) with Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a real estate appraisal firm that engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. After graduating with a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley, he was employed as an analyst with Barclays Global Investors and served on the staff of a U.S. Congressman. With over four years of experience in real estate appraisal, Mr. Parilo regularly contributes to appraisal reports for a wide variety of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial and commercial land. He expects to obtain his Certified General license in 2012.
