Introduction
Mr. Lundquist is a Certified General real estate appraiser with Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a real estate appraisal firm that engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. He joined the firm in April 2002, with a background in securities trading and online banking technology. Since his arrival at the firm, Mr. Lundquist has gained experience in the valuation of office, retail, industrial, apartments, subdivisions, land and special-purpose properties. Mr. Lundquist has experience in appraising numerous public and private acquisitions, including right of way, utility easements, temporary construction easements and reversions. His geographical experience has been predominantly within the Sacramento Metropolitan Area and the Central Valley, but includes areas extending to Redding to the north, Bakersfield to the south, Reno, Nevada to the east and the San Francisco Bay Area to the west.
