Introduction
Mr. Katagihara is a research analyst (appraiser trainee) with Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a real estate appraisal firm that engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. He joined the firm in 2010, shortly after completing his bachelor's degree at the University of Hawaii. Since joining our team, Mr. Katagihara has been contributing to appraisal reports for a wide variety of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial and commercial land.
