Introduction
Mr. Holt is a Certified General appraiser with Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a real estate appraisal firm that engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. After serving six years in the United States Air Force, Mr. Holt began his career in real estate in early 2005 and has since been writing narrative appraisal reports for a variety of properties. His area of focus has been land and subdivisions, but he has experience in appraisal assignments covering a wide variety of income-producing properties as well. His geographic experience has been predominantly within the Northern California area. Mr. Holt has developed the experience and background necessary to deal with complex assignments covering an array of property types.
