Introduction
Mr. Goodman is a a Certified General appraiser with Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a real estate appraisal firm that engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. Mr. Goodman began his career in real estate in early 2005 and has since been writing narrative appraisal reports for a variety of commercial properties. Today, he is involved in appraisal assignments covering a wide variety of properties, including office, industrial, retail, land, and special-purpose properties. His geographic experience has been predominantly within the Sacramento Metropolitan Area. Mr. Goodman has developed the experience and background necessary to deal with complex assignments covering an array of property types.
