SJZ’s senior partner, P. Richard Seevers, has over 30 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience, and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, holding both the MAI and SRA designations. Lance Jordan and Kevin Ziegenmeyer began working for Richard (Dick) in the early 1990s and the three formed a partnership in 1998. In 2006, Eric Segal joined the partnership after eight years of service in the firm. The company has since expanded, with a staff of nearly 20 today.
